Social Media & Executive Assistant

About the role

U Build Limited is looking for a proactive Social Media & Executive Assistant to manage its digital presence while supporting executive operations. The role combines creative content creation with administrative coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the company’s online presence, responding to messages and comments.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and other content creators.
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for executives.
• Draft emails, letters, and other correspondence.
• Organize files, documents, and records; take meeting notes and follow up on action items.
• Assist with travel arrangements and event coordination.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management and administrative support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Residence within Abuja preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
