Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Secure Wealth Group, a founder-led UK organisation building businesses around UK property, investment, education and wealth creation, is looking for an exclusive full-time, fully remote Social Media & Content Manager. The role is eight hours a day, with active involvement across the day, and sits within the Secure Wealth ecosystem: Secure Wealth Property Group, Secure Wealth Academy and the founder's personal brand. The post-holder will help build the organic social media engine, and there is potential for progression to senior leadership and possible relocation to the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a content calendar that links each piece of content to objectives, the customer journey, the right platform and the wider campaign
• Create content pillars, campaigns and a repeatable content system, adapting content, format and hook per platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Manage the day-to-day social media operation, including community management of comments, DMs and conversations
• Interrogate platform data (reach, retention, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth, audience quality) and turn it into decisions
• Work alongside a Marketing Manager, Video Editor and other team members, and be prepared to edit video content when needed

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience; the role is not suitable for agencies, freelancers or people servicing multiple employers
• Evidence of having built and grown something, with a practical task possibly asked of shortlisted candidates
• References and recommendations from current or previous employers and colleagues
• Ability to take ownership of the function and work full-time remotely
