About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Associate to join our BeautyByTejj Studio team in Lagos. You will create engaging content, manage our social platforms, and support marketing initiatives to drive brand growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Manage social media pages, interact with the audience, and monitor performance.
• Support the creation and management of paid social advertising campaigns.
• Follow up leads, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into bookings and sales.
• Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to ensure smooth studio operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in social media, marketing, sales, or administration.
• Strong communication, customer service, and lead conversion skills.
• Aesthetic sense with an eye for visual details.
• Organized, proactive, creative, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 and availability to work five days onsite.
