Social Media and Community Manager

About the role

We are a tech and consulting firm seeking a creative Social Media and Community Manager to strengthen our online presence, engage a community of sales and marketing professionals, and support our hiring and training services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook channels.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content tailored to sales talent, businesses, and trainees.
• Moderate online communities, responding promptly to comments, inquiries, and direct messages.
• Design visual assets, captions, and multimedia content for hiring services (AuxHR, SupportPro) and training cohorts (Incubate).
• Plan and execute monthly and quarterly campaigns to increase engagement and community registrations.
• Track, analyze, and report audience growth, engagement rates, and content performance on a weekly basis.
• Collaborate with growth and product marketing teams to align social media output with product launches and recruitment drives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools within the Nigerian tech and recruitment ecosystem.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media platforms and professional online communities, preferably in tech, startup or agency settings.
• Proven ability to write professional copy and short‑form marketing content independently.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain consistent content calendars across multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for public inquiries and community interaction.
