Site Supervisor

About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee all artisans, tradesmen, and contractors on assigned construction sites, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. This role involves daily site management, safety enforcement, and coordination with clients and project leads.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all artisans, tradesmen, and contractors working on assigned project sites.
• Interpret and implement design drawings, specifications, and instructions provided by the interior architect.
• Maintain daily site records, including progress, materials used, attendance, and incidents.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce health and safety rules on site.
• Coordinate material deliveries and verify receipt against the project BOQ.
• Identify and report design discrepancies, site challenges, or potential delays promptly.
• Manage site cleanliness, security of materials, and responsible use of tools and equipment.
• Liaise with the client’s representative on site, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Report daily and weekly progress through appropriate channels.
• Sign off on artisan work completion and verify quality before payment authorization.
