Service Supervisor I – Cementing

About the role

Halliburton is seeking a Service Supervisor I to lead cementing operations at well sites in Port Harcourt. The role involves coordinating the cementing service line, ensuring quality service delivery, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee cementing service line work at the well site.
• Plan job execution, provide crew instructions, and manage equipment usage.
• Resolve disputes within approved authority levels and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Direct service operators, manage clean‑up, repair, and preparation of equipment for subsequent jobs.
• Perform necessary calculations for job planning and execution.
• Lead a mixed crew of Halliburton and non‑Halliburton personnel, evaluate performance, and provide training.
• Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and promote quality improvement processes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience as a Service Operator – Cementing II.
• Ability to communicate effectively in an oil‑field environment.
• Commitment to safety, environmental awareness, and quality standards.
