About the role

First Bank of Nigeria is seeking internal Service Executives to join its Service Executive Conversion Programme (SECP 7). The full‑time programme aims to develop staff with strong analytical and interpersonal abilities for future leadership roles within the bank.

Required profile

Age not exceeding 32 years and at least one year of service as a non‑core staff at First Bank.
B.Sc. (Second Class Lower) or HND (Upper Credit) from a NUC‑accredited institution; higher degrees or professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
Sound moral and ethical conduct with a clean disciplinary record and completion or exemption of the NYSC scheme.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
Familiarity with global financial trends and developments.
