Service Delivery Manager – Roadside

About the role

The Service Delivery Manager – Roadside will lead and inspire our roadside assistance teams, acting as the essential bridge between contractors and internal operations. You will champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement while ensuring 24‑hour breakdown assistance is delivered to our members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop contractor‑based roadside patrols.
• Serve as the primary liaison between contractors and the operations team.
• Monitor and improve safety and compliance standards across the network.
• Design and deliver tailored training programmes to elevate driver and contractor performance.
• Maintain a robust, sustainable contractor network aligned with company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in roadside assistance, towing, or transport operations.
• Strong relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated coaching and mentoring expertise.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) are desirable.
