Senior Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Videographer who will own end‑to‑end video production, from concept through final delivery, combining senior‑level shooting and editing craft with proactive, direct stakeholder management. You will join the production pod as a peer‑level senior craft owner alongside our current senior videographer.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end video craft, personally shot and edited, not delegated or outsourced.
• Stakeholder communication and timeline ownership for assigned projects and duo relationships.
• Mentor craft within the production pod.
• Personally shoot and edit assigned video projects to studio craft standards.
• Own timeline and stakeholder communication end‑to‑end, proactively flagging risk before deadlines slip.
• Bring fresh creative and format ideas and raise production craft standards across the studio’s output.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years in video production with a reel showing self‑shot and self‑edited work.
• Proven track record of direct, proactive stakeholder management, especially under delivery pressure.
• Strong storytelling instinct across documentary, talking‑head, event, and executive formats.
• Comfort operating with high autonomy and accountability in a small production team.
