Senior Technical Sales Advisor – Subsea Intervention & Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Sales Advisor to lead the global growth of Baker Hughes’ subsea intervention, de‑commissioning and strategic initiatives. The role works closely with customers, regional sales leaders and technical experts to develop and sell innovative subsea well‑intervention solutions that maximise offshore asset value.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture customer relationships, generate leads and pursue opportunities in the intervention, de‑commissioning and strategic‑initiative space.
• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders, Commercial Leaders and Technical Leaders to deliver competitive subsea service solutions.
• Lead strategy and execution for Light Well Intervention, Fluid Intervention and other strategic deals from early engagement through award.
• Translate customer drivers and tender requirements into actionable, winning opportunity strategies.
• Collaborate with vessel partners and internal product lines to create innovative commercial solutions.

Required profile

• Strong operational background in subsea intervention and de‑commissioning.
• Willingness to travel globally and engage customers early in the sales cycle.
• Proven ability to develop technically robust and commercially effective intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and build value with customers and internal stakeholders.
