About the role
This full‑time hybrid position based in Lagos offers a blend of on‑site and remote work for a Senior Tax Associate/Assistant Tax Manager. You will lead tax compliance activities, prepare and review tax returns, and ensure strict adherence to Nigerian tax laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end tax compliance processes for multiple clients.
- Prepare, review, and file corporate and personal tax returns.
- Provide expert tax planning and advisory services.
- Liaise with tax authorities and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high‑quality tax solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ACTI, ACA, ACCA) are an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft suites.
- Experience with analytical tools for tax reporting.
