Senior Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Executive to join our fast‑growing consulting practice in Lagos. You will lead the full sales cycle, targeting corporate, SME and government clients, and help expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, SME and government sectors.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage the complete sales process: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to senior management.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Business, Marketing or a related field; MBA or professional sales certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 4‑5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in consulting, professional services or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Resident in or willing to work from Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and client management.
