Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to drive growth across four revenue streams of a fast‑growing renewable‑energy workforce platform in Africa. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to post‑close handover—working closely with senior leadership on strategy and revenue planning.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline across workforce deployment, talent placement, corporate training, and solar project financing using Zoho CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by senior leadership.
• Sell project‑based workforce deployment to EPCs, developers, O&M providers, and distributors (≈35% of time).
• Place full‑time talent and sell corporate training programs to renewable‑energy firms (≈30% of time).
• Originate and close financing deals for commercial solar projects (≈25% of time).
• Promote and sell subscriptions to the company’s talent‑management platform (≈10% of time).
• Maintain high data hygiene in Zoho CRM and submit weekly pipeline reports.
• Participate in regular sales cadences and daily visibility rituals.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, competition, and customer needs.

Required profile

• Established network in renewable energy, distribution, or commercial finance.
• Proven sales discipline with a track record of closing complex B2B deals.
• Comfort engaging C‑suite, finance directors, and procurement leaders from day one.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with senior leadership.
