Senior Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

MogRex Limited is looking for an experienced sales professional who can generate business, build strategic relationships and close high‑value deals across our growing technology portfolio. This is NOT an entry‑level position; we need an established sales professional with a proven track record and the ability to independently create and convert opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate and SME clients
• Sell software, IT infrastructure, cloud/hosting, digital transformation, fintech and other technology solutions
• Build strategic partnerships and manage key accounts
• Generate and close high‑value B2B opportunities
• Identify government and institutional opportunities
• Drive tenders, RFPs, RFQs and contract opportunities
• Build relationships with relevant institutions and decision‑makers
• Coordinate bids and drive opportunities from identification to contract award

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of proven senior sales/business development experience
• Demonstrable record of winning clients and closing deals
• Strong B2B sales, negotiation and relationship‑management skills
• Existing professional network and market access
• Experience in technology, IT, fintech, banking, telecoms or professional services is an advantage
• Government/institutional sales and tender experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation and commercial skills
