Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead testing efforts for its fintech products. You will ensure that software releases are stable, meet client expectations, and are delivered cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and design specifications.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and detailed test plans.
• Author functional and integration test cases, coordinate reviews, and execute test runs.
• Publish test reports, communicate results, and track quality metrics such as defect density and test coverage.
• Design and maintain robust test automation frameworks.
• Own all aspects of testing, including script development, configuration management, and creation of mocks/stubs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for product managers and developers to ensure testable requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise test plans and approaches.
• Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
