Senior Programmes & Partnerships Manager – Africa

About the role

TL First Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Programmes & Partnerships Manager for Africa to expand its executive education, leadership development and international study tour offerings across Nigeria, Ghana and the wider region. The role will work closely with the Group CEO and Executive Chairman to design, market and deliver high‑impact programmes for senior public and private sector leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote international executive programmes, study tours and leadership retreats.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with public‑sector bodies, corporations, professional networks and institutional stakeholders.
• Draft targeted emails, proposals, programme briefs and campaign materials.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn and other digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage enquiries, follow‑ups, pipeline tracking and participant registrations.
• Support programme design, delivery, quality assurance and post‑programme reporting.
• Represent TL First professionally with senior clients and partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive education, consulting, business development, marketing, training, conferences or professional services.
• Strong understanding of the African leadership and governance market.
• Commercially minded, articulate and confident when engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple countries and meet tight deadlines.
