Senior Program Manager (Generalist)

About the role

Leaders Network is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Generalist) to coordinate cross‑functional project teams and drive successful program delivery across the organization. The role involves overseeing program planning, budgeting, risk management and stakeholder engagement to ensure initiatives are completed on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project teams and ensure effective collaboration across departments.
• Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
• Manage program budgets, resources, and expenditures.
• Monitor program performance and track progress against objectives.
• Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Engage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and relevant teams.
• Organise and facilitate program meetings, reviews, and progress discussions.
• Prepare regular program reports and performance summaries for management.
• Ensure programs are delivered on time, within approved budgets, and according to scope and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proven program management experience.
