Senior Product Designer

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its fintech products. You will work on high‑impact financial tools used by millions, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies that meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate design decisions.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the evolving design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design across all products.
• Create micro‑interactions and motion elements to enhance engagement.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve the experience and business impact.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of design excellence.

Required profile

• 3+ years of senior‑level product design experience, preferably in fintech.
• Strategic mindset with strong UX/UI expertise.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple, user‑friendly experiences.
• Comfortable working in an agile, fast‑paced environment.
