Senior Product Designer

About the role

Moniepoint Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience of its fintech solutions. You will create intuitive, accessible, and high‑impact designs for both mobile and web platforms, working closely with product, engineering, and research teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
• Lead the end‑to‑end design process: discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI delivery.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to validate concepts.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the evolving design system.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Create micro‑interactions and motion elements to boost engagement.
• Use data‑driven insights to continuously improve the experience.
• Mentor junior designers and promote a culture of design excellence.

Required profile

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with a strong UX focus.
• Strategic mindset and ability to translate complex financial concepts into simple user flows.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, agile environments.
• Proven track record of leading impactful design projects.

Required skills

• Mastery of visual design fundamentals: typography, grids, layout, colour theory.
• Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.
• Proficiency with UX analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Hotjar.
• Experience using motion design tools like Lottie, After Effects, and Principle.
• Familiarity with atomic design principles and building scalable UI frameworks.
