Senior Manager, Capital Projects and Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Manager will lead a team of problem‑solvers to deliver complex capital and infrastructure projects for government and corporate clients. You will guide projects from feasibility through execution, ensuring value creation, budget discipline and successful hand‑over to operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build, coach and manage a multidisciplinary team delivering capital project solutions.
• Provide strategic advice on project design, delivery, procurement and commercial management.
• Drive business development, grow the pipeline and contribute to achieving at least 25% of the annual CP&I budget.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across clients, sub‑consultants, regulatory bodies and government agencies.
• Promote the use of new digital tools and global best practices within engagements.
• Report progress to Directors and senior leadership while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in capital projects or infrastructure consulting.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a focus on ethical standards.
• Resilience and calmness in uncertain or high‑pressure situations.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and develop innovative solutions.
• Experience navigating cross‑border or diverse teams and complex stakeholder environments.
