Senior Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

RxAll is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead HR operations at its Ibadan office. You will act as the primary HR liaison between the Group CEO and the Nigeria team, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labour law while driving people strategies that support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and align people initiatives with business objectives.
• Design, implement and continuously improve HR policies, processes and programmes.
• Manage employee relations cases, including investigations, conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Oversee performance management cycles, workforce planning and talent development initiatives.
• Ensure day‑to‑day HR operations such as attendance, leave administration, discipline and compliance are executed accurately.
• Utilise HR data and metrics to inform decision‑making and organisational improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a senior business partner capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour and employment law.
• Proven track record in employee relations, conflict resolution and fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Ability to partner with managers on coaching, feedback and talent development.
