Senior Growth Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Growth Associate to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for Utiva, a leading education company in Lagos. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting to closing, and work closely with customers to understand their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new leads through outbound prospecting, referrals and other channels.
• Engage prospects, conduct outbound calls and follow‑ups, and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through conversion, maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase acquisition and revenue, and provide regular updates on pipeline performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in a target‑driven environment.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets with strong customer acquisition and conversion skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Energetic, confident, professional and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
