Senior Graphics Designer

About the role

Moniepoint is seeking a Senior Graphics Designer to lead high‑visibility design projects across editorial, brand systems, and promotional campaigns. You will work remotely, partnering with an internal stakeholder group to deliver end‑to‑end creative solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute complex design work for case studies, reports, feature content, brand identity, templates, and event applications.
• Own creative output for an assigned Creative Duo (e.g., Internal Communications & Employer Brand or External Communications).
• Mentor peers, set craft standards, and provide constructive feedback within the design pod.
• Scope, design, and deliver projects independently while aligning with brief requirements.
• Collaborate with the Design Lead to flag capacity constraints and contribute to the evolution of the brand design system.

Required profile

• 4‑6+ years of experience in brand or graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing editorial design, brand systems, and promotional work.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships directly.
• Comfortable working autonomously within clear frameworks.
