Senior Expert – Capital Markets

About the role
The Recovery and Reform Support Team (RST) seeks a Senior Expert in Capital Markets to provide targeted technical assistance to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine. The position supports the Ukraine Recovery and Reform Architecture (URA) programme, a joint initiative of the EBRD and the EU.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of priority reforms related to capital markets.
- Provide expert analysis and recommendations on financial instruments, market infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
- Collaborate with ministry officials and international partners to align reform actions with URA objectives.
- Prepare reports, policy briefs, and technical documentation for stakeholders.
Required profile
- Ukrainian national (civil servants eligible only after a six‑month gap).
- Submit a completed Application Form, NDA, CV, and three referee contacts in English by the deadline.
- Demonstrated experience in capital‑markets related projects or advisory work.
