Senior Executive – Post Sales (Holidays)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Executive of Post Sales to oversee the end‑to‑end post‑booking operations for holiday packages. You will act as the central coordinator between clients, suppliers, finance, and operations, ensuring every booking is transformed into a seamless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and confirm all holiday booking components (hotels, transport, flights) within strict service level agreements.
• Serve as the primary client touchpoint pre‑travel, handling modifications, cancellations, and escalations.
• Coordinate with global DMCs, hotels, airlines, and internal visa/contracting teams to guarantee flawless execution.
• Liaise with the finance team for payment reconciliation, balance collections, refunds, and supplier payouts.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in OTA, DMC, or holiday operations.
• Strong knowledge of destination offerings and booking workflows.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and basic understanding of visa structures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve escalations quickly.
• Detail‑driven with the capacity to perform under tight operational timelines.
