Senior DevOps Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take ownership of reliability across a portfolio of more than 50 SaaS products. Working remotely, you will dive into undocumented AWS environments, restore order, and drive availability above 99.9% through monitoring, automation, and thorough root‑cause analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and standardise cloud infrastructure and monitoring across multiple products.
• Execute complex migrations, consolidations and production‑grade automations.
• Investigate production outages, deploy immediate remediation and produce detailed RCAs.
• Author, review and deploy changes, including runbooks, rollout plans and rollback criteria.
• Document findings, create reusable automation and ensure incidents do not recur.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing reliability for large‑scale SaaS products.
• Expert‑level knowledge of AWS and production‑grade development practices.
• Ability to break down complex projects into single‑day tasks and deliver code in Python or JavaScript.
• Comfort using AI tools as an assistant in daily work.
• Strong incident‑response mindset with a focus on preventive automation.
