Senior Data Intelligence Analyst – Kaduna

About the role

The Senior Data Intelligence Analyst will manage and analyse health data from multiple sources, develop performance dashboards and support monthly decision‑making cycles for state‑level health programmes in Kaduna.

Key responsibilities

• Access, clean and validate data from multiple health information sources such as HMIS, HEFA and program datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for facility, LGA and state‑level performance tracking using Power BI or Tableau.
• Prepare monthly performance review packs that highlight trends, gaps and issues for decision‑makers.
• Support the monthly data‑to‑decision cycle by identifying performance gaps, tracking decisions and monitoring follow‑up actions.
• Integrate system data (HMIS/DHIS2) with operational tracking data, ensuring alignment of indicators and reporting periods.
• Engage with DPRS, program teams and partners to present findings and facilitate data‑driven discussions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in data analysis, monitoring & evaluation or health‑systems work.
• Experience working with health information systems such as HMIS or DHIS2.
