Senior Customer Marketing Manager

About the role

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will design and launch high‑performance growth programs aimed at retaining, expanding, and upselling our existing customer base. Working closely with Customer Success, Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams, you will translate customer data into actionable campaigns that boost ARPU and drive self‑service adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define growth priorities and develop a customer segmentation strategy.
• Design and execute retention, upsell, cross‑sell, and referral programs based on data‑driven insights.
• Turn large data sets into simple, actionable campaigns and track key performance indicators for each initiative.
• Participate in customer calls to gather feedback and continuously improve marketing programs.
• Identify friction points in the customer journey and work with Sales and Customer Success to reduce churn and increase adoption.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C tech environments with large customer bases.
• Proven track record in customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, start‑up mindset.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly.

• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience with marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis (a plus).
