Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager to build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing sales team. You will drive growth for SMEs operating in the foreign‑trade sector by promoting XTransfer’s cross‑border collection, payment, FX settlement, and risk‑control solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and manage a team of 5‑10 sales representatives, fostering a competitive and collaborative culture.
• Own daily sales process management, track performance data and ensure adherence to activity standards.
• Conduct field coaching and joint client visits to close deals and overcome objections.
• Develop and execute localized go‑to‑market plans to acquire new B2B merchant clients.
• Drive customer acquisition through high‑volume telemarketing and strategic in‑person meetings.
• Analyze export‑trade client needs and propose tailored cross‑border payment solutions.
• Use data analytics to improve sales efficiency, optimise SOPs and refine strategies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high‑potential merchants and a network of B2B traders, service providers and industry associations.
• Report market feedback, performance metrics and competitive intelligence to senior management.

Required profile

• Associate degree or higher.
• Minimum 2 + years of sales management experience leading a team of at least five members.
• Background in B2B sales within SaaS, Fintech, taxation or cross‑border logistics is highly preferred.
• Strong results orientation, self‑motivation and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Resilience, drive and a passion for achieving personal and team targets.
