Senior Brand Designer

About the role

390 Technologies is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to shape and execute the visual identity of its operational software platform across all marketing channels. You will translate complex software concepts into clean, memorable designs that help customers understand and trust the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for social media, ads, website assets, decks, and campaigns.
• Create Instagram carousels, LinkedIn graphics, ad creatives, and launch materials.
• Design product‑led visuals that explain modules, features, pricing, and business value.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to turn content ideas into strong visual assets.
• Build reusable templates and visual systems for consistent brand expression.
• Produce graphics for landing pages, emails, banners, and marketing campaigns.
• Design sales decks, pitch decks, proposal visuals, and internal presentation assets.
• Craft UI‑inspired diagrams, icons, and structured layouts that simplify product understanding.
• Review and refine existing brand materials for clarity and polish.

Required profile

• Strong visual design taste with a mature brand eye.
• Ability to create clean, modern, structured visual systems.
• Deep understanding of typography, spacing, hierarchy, and composition.
• Comfort turning written ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Experience designing for software or business brands without generic or overly promotional looks.
• Responsive to feedback and able to iterate quickly while maintaining quality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
