Senior Brand Designer (Fintech/Payments)

About the role

Our client, a technology company focused on payments solutions for African businesses, is seeking a Senior Brand Designer. You will lead art direction while hands‑on creating brand, motion, and visual storytelling assets that shape the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand concepts across marketing, product storytelling, and launch campaigns.
• Direct illustration, motion, photography, and video production while personally crafting key deliverables.
• Own high‑priority projects from brief to polished final output.
• Collaborate with the Design Studio Lead and elevate the overall quality of the team’s work.

Required profile

• 5+ years of design and art‑direction experience, preferably in a tech startup, agency, or product‑led environment.
• Strong conceptual thinking with a portfolio that clearly separates directed work from hands‑on execution.
• Excellent visual judgment and obsessive attention to detail in image quality, spacing, colour balance, and production standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience using Google Slides for presentation design.
