Senior Administrative Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is seeking a Senior Administrative Associate to be the backbone of its clinic operations in Abuja. You will ensure patients enjoy a smooth experience from entry to exit while keeping the facility efficient and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational clinic daily.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and leave planning.
• Assist patients with appointment booking and information delivery.
• Plan and execute health outreach programs and community wellness events.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payments for corporate clients and vendors.
• Ensure timely filing of regulatory paperwork.
• Train staff on digital tools and streamline processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND.
• 3‑5 years of operations management experience in a service industry, preferably healthcare.
• Direct experience working in a clinic setting.
• Ability to use data for performance tracking.
• Completed NYSC or exemption certificate.
• Residence within 10 km of Zone 6, Wuse, Abuja.

Required skills

• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems or clinic management software.
