About the role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead our agile development teams and ensure successful delivery of software projects. You will work closely with product owners, developers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and remove impediments.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
- Coach team members on Agile and Scrum principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, developers and stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.
- Track sprint progress, identify risks and promote continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- A degree in a related field.
