School Management Software Trainer

About the role

KadMap Systems Limited is looking for a contract School Management Software Trainer based in Abuja. The trainer teaches educational institutions how to use student administration and school management applications for routine academic and administrative work. The engagement is a 12-month contract, and coding, software development and technical integration are not required.

Key responsibilities

• Train clients on how to use the assigned school management or student administration software.
• Demonstrate relevant functions such as admissions, student records, enrolment, course registration, academic records and reporting, where supported.
• Explain how users complete routine academic and administrative tasks.
• Guide participants through practical examples relevant to educational institutions.
• Prepare user guides, step-by-step instructions and training exercises.
• Answer questions about everyday use of the software.
• Adapt training to the needs of administrative staff, academic staff and other authorised users.
• Assess participants' understanding and identify areas needing further training.

Required profile

• Ability to train clients on the use of school management or student administration software.
• Understanding of how to use the software for routine academic and administrative activities.
