Sales Specialist (Cybersecurity)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Specialist with deep experience in selling cybersecurity solutions, particularly Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) offerings. The role involves engaging both technical and non‑technical stakeholders to generate new revenue and expand our enterprise client base.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities for cybersecurity and MSSP services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through demos, negotiations and contract execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, SMEs and key decision‑makers such as CISOs, IT Heads and CTOs.
• Translate complex security solutions into clear business value propositions.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales and technical teams to design tailored security solutions.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Stay current on industry trends, threat landscape and competitor offerings.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and RFP responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions, including MSSP services (SOC‑as‑a‑Service, threat detection & response, vulnerability management).
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling to enterprise or mid‑market clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑driven, proactive and highly results‑oriented.
