Sales Representative - Web Hosting & Customer Support

About the role

QServers Network Limited is hiring a Sales Representative in Lagos (Marina) to handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers about website hosting, web design, SEO and other services. The role combines sales support with customer service, working by telephone and email to help customers activate or renew products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from customers seeking to buy website hosting, web design, SEO and other services.
• Resolve sales inquiries and payment-related concerns, and help customers manage their account information.
• Work with customers by phone and email to troubleshoot quotes, invoices and payments so that new products and services can be activated or renewed.
• Recommend the best solutions to customers facing challenges, using sales and marketing expertise.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience with the product or service.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Experience in sales/billing support and customer service.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask across several screens and assignments, with attention to detail and reliability to cover assigned shifts.
• Intrinsic motivation to deliver an outstanding customer service experience.

Required skills

• Quickly understanding and adapting to web hosting technologies.
• Knowledge of marketing tools, computers or online banking systems is an added advantage.
