Sales Representative & Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative who will also manage our social media presence. You will combine face‑to‑face customer interaction with online engagement to drive product sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to walk‑in and online customers and convert leads into sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare daily sales reports.
• Manage and update the company’s Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp Business accounts.
• Create and publish engaging content using a smartphone.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across all channels.
• Assist with product displays, inventory updates and visual merchandising.

Required profile

• Minimum OND (or equivalent) qualification.
• Entry‑level experience (up to 12 months) in sales or social media management is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Residency in or around Kaura, Abuja.
