Sales Representative

About the role

The Sales Representative will drive the growth of Bluetti’s portable power stations across key Nigerian markets. You will identify new business opportunities, showcase product benefits to customers, and build lasting relationships to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers in Lagos, Ibadan, Ilorin, Abuja, Ekiti and Ondo.
• Demonstrate and promote Bluetti portable power stations and related services.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Follow up post‑sale to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long‑term partnerships.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or BSc in Social Sciences, Engineering or Business‑related field.
• At least 2 years of field sales experience in the solar, consumer electronics or mobile communication sector.
• Residency in Lagos with a solid understanding of the local market.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
