Sales Representative (Field Sales – PropTech SaaS)

About the role

Our client, an early‑stage PropTech SaaS startup, is looking for an energetic Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition across Lagos. The role is field‑based, requiring frequent visits to property developers, estate managers, facility management firms and commercial property operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and develop new business opportunities within residential estates, commercial properties and facility management organisations.
• Conduct daily field visits, deliver product demonstrations and presentations to decision‑makers.
• Negotiate subscription agreements, close deals and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships, handle renewals and pursue upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and opportunities in the CRM platform.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience selling software, technology solutions or subscription‑based services.
• Experience engaging with property developers, estate managers or facility management companies.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and relationship building.
• Results‑oriented and commercially driven.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of ₦150,000 – ₦250,000.
