About the role
Zoomlion is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to drive growth across Nigeria’s southern and northern regions. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships and supporting marketing initiatives to expand the company’s market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify and generate new leads for multiple product lines.
- Contact potential customers by phone and on‑site visits to promote products and services.
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Maintain and update activities in the CRM system, achieving pipeline and recovery targets.
- Monitor competitors, new products and market conditions to identify customer needs.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Experience in construction, heavy machinery or automobile sales is an advantage.
Required skills
- Sales negotiation and closing.
- Customer relationship management.
- Market research and competitor analysis.
- Lead generation and pipeline management.
- Presentation and training delivery.
- Strong teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
