Sales & Marketing Representative

About the role

Stonyenergy Inter Company is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to drive growth in the electrical products market across Nigeria. You will identify new business opportunities, engage prospects through multiple channels, and help expand the company’s customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industries and business opportunities.
• Identify companies, contractors, construction firms, electricians, developers, retailers and other businesses that need electrical products.
• Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospective customers.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Introduce Stonyenergy’s products and services, understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing, and provide regular reports on leads, outreach activities and sales performance.

Required profile

• Based in Nigeria with reliable smartphone, internet connection and computer.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development or customer acquisition is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident speaking with potential customers.
• Strong follow‑up, relationship‑building and time‑management abilities.
• Proactive, target‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus; training will be provided where necessary.
