Sales & Marketing Officer – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, results‑driven Sales & Marketing Officer to join our real‑estate team in Lagos. The role focuses on generating leads, promoting property listings and driving both sales and rental transactions for residential and commercial assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to showcase available properties across online and offline channels.
• Create and maintain property listings, conduct presentations, inspections and site visits for prospective clients.
• Identify and source potential buyers, investors and tenants, building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Negotiate sales and lease agreements, guide clients through the transaction process and ensure targets are met.
• Conduct market research, source suitable properties for client requirements and support portfolio management.
• Maintain client relationships, provide advice on market trends and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proactive and results‑oriented with a proven track record in sales and marketing.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑building and closing skills.
• Experience in real‑estate sales, rentals or property marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
• Excellent communication and client‑service orientation.
