Sales & Marketing Executive – Remote

About the role

Brielle Consulting Services is seeking a results‑driven Sales & Marketing Executive to work remotely and generate revenue across all service lines. The role focuses on building a pipeline of qualified leads, closing deals, and consistently meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for all BCS services.
• Generate a steady flow of qualified leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Build and nurture a personal and professional network that creates business opportunities.
• Prospect new clients through events, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and revenue.
• Represent BCS at expos and networking events with a focus on lead conversion.
• Maintain strong client and partner relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Track and report weekly sales performance against targets.
• Identify ways to improve conversion rates, increase revenue per client, and shorten the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in consulting, services, or B2B environments.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Exceptional networking ability and strong negotiation/closing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and building pipelines from scratch.
• Self‑starter who works with minimal supervision and full accountability.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to Abuja.
