Sales Marketing Executive

About the role

The Lux Place Ltd is seeking a dynamic Sales Marketing Executive to drive business growth and revenue in its Lagos operations. You will combine strategic planning with hands‑on execution to generate leads, build client relationships, and enhance brand visibility across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with revenue targets.
• Generate and manage leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs and delivering appropriate solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities across digital and offline channels.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, exhibitions, and client engagements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report sales and marketing performance using CRM systems and basic data analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years (36 months) of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven ability to design and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.
• Strong market research skills to identify customer needs and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in health‑care environments is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lagos, manage multiple priorities and meet targets.
