Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

The company is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to promote its inverter product line across Nigeria. You will be responsible for driving sales, building distributor networks and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's inverter products and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Identify, develop, and manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and system integrators.
• Follow up with new and existing customers, provide product information, and coordinate after‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address inquiries on product installation, compatibility, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare regular sales reports and, where applicable, support and supervise local sales teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Knowledge of solar or inverter products is an added advantage.

What we offer

• Transportation allowance of ₦40,000 per month.
• Commission of 10% on every inverter sold.
• Performance bonus ranging from ₦70,000 to ₦120,000 depending on experience and performance.
