Sales Manager – Lead B2B & Outside Sales Team

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our outside and B2B sales teams. You will drive growth for our confectionery brand by building strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team of sales professionals focused on outside, B2B and technical sales.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track activities, analyse performance and optimise outreach.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Provide regular training, coaching and performance feedback to the sales team.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside, B2B or technology sales with a record of meeting targets.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and customer‑service skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for pipeline management and data analysis.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and market trends.
