Sales Manager

About the role

Roadmech is hiring a Sales Manager in Abeokuta and Ogun State, Nigeria. The role leads a sales team, sets territory assignments and revenue targets, and supports reps in closing deals and improving their performance.

Key responsibilities

• Hire top talent, train new staff and guide their careers, giving regular feedback and coaching on pitching and closing techniques
• Allocate geographic or account-based territories and set clear revenue targets; analyse sales data to forecast revenue and keep strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor competitor products, pricing strategies and market shifts
• Help reps negotiate and close high-value accounts and resolve escalated customer complaints
• Improve the sales cycle by strengthening CRM use, automating routine reports and managing the sales technology infrastructure
• Work with marketing and product development to refine outreach messaging and launch products

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to turn prospects into customers and strong commercial sense
• Willingness to live and work in Ijebu-Ode
