Sales Manager

About the role

Legendary Foreshore is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the sales function for its residential, commercial and infrastructure projects in Lagos. You will shape sales strategy, nurture client relationships and drive revenue growth for a fast‑expanding construction and real‑estate developer.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans aligned with project timelines and market opportunities.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct property presentations, site visits and negotiations with corporate and individual clients.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and market intelligence for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing, project and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery of promises.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust tactics to maintain a competitive edge.
• Set performance targets, coach and motivate the sales team, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Required profile

• Proven sales leadership in real estate, construction or a related sector.
• Minimum five years of experience managing pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation capabilities.
• Deep understanding of Lagos and West African property markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced use of the MS Office suite.
