Sales Executive (Real Estate)

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive property sales for Bespoke Urban Luxury Limited, promoting residential and commercial listings across Ibadan and Oyo State. You will generate leads, conduct site tours, negotiate deals and ensure a seamless sales process from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and site visits.
• Market and promote company properties to prospective buyers and investors.
• Conduct property inspections and site tours with clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sale between the company and clients.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation and agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of available properties, pricing and market trends.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales or general sales/marketing.
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
