About the role

Montaigne Place, a leading luxury retail brand in Nigeria, is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across its portfolio of cosmetics, fragrances, and skincare products. Based in Victoria Island, Lagos, you will be the front‑line representative responsible for expanding the client base and nurturing lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Identify new prospects through field visits and online prospecting tools.
Qualify leads and conduct product demos and presentations.
Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
Provide post‑sales support, gather customer feedback, and recommend tailored solutions.
Prepare regular sales reports and monitor market competitors.
Forecast sales targets and work to exceed performance goals.

Required profile

2–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or beauty sectors.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.

What we offer

Competitive salary ranging from N180,000 to N200,000 per month.
